3. How rugged is this watch? Would it be possible to play sports with it? Would it withstand hits against something (right on the crystal) hard at a reasonable speed? (not as hard as using it as a hammer per se, but the usual bumps and hits of life) If you're talking about getting hit on the crystal by soccer ball or something soft, probably yes, it'll be OK. If you're talking about slapping it against the rocks when you wipe out on your mountain bike, then no, it'll probably crack.
4. If you have one, have you ever considered selling it, why? Had a COSC version. Sold it. VERY MUCH REGRET IT. Will purchase another in the coming months. It's a fantastic watch.
Thanks in ahead.
How hard would it be to obtain the non COSC approved model? More expensive? Less? The two missing lines of text make it look nicer IMO. COSC / non COSC .... beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you like the non COSC version, snatch it up. Many AD's still have the older 2-line model in their case. Most I have seen are willing to discount it more deply than other models. Retail price on either is the same...$5400.
