My personal opinion: wear it as tight as you can stand it. If it feels uncomfortable when you adjust your wrist in any direction, adjust the pin because it's too tight.
The tighter, the less stretch as a rule... as long as its not so tight that its under constant pressure. Sorry to confuse you. |
