Finally got to try on the new Ceramic Blue Two Tone Submariner and I have to say...

it's MAGNIFICENT, what a watch!! Took a while to get to our little Island!

Blows the older version out of the Water. Amazing deep colour in darker light. The AD here in Dublin would only give me 5% discount, not a cent more. Needless to say I won't be buying any watch off them! Kudos to those who have picked this watch up. Now on my wish list.

I' am not a regular poster on the forum but I am a daily viewer, thanks to all who make this place what it is.

Regards

Peter

I love the updates on the clasp, and the ceramic bezel, but just cannot get over the blocky looking case, it bothers me. And I sincerely hope the SS new version does not have polished center links. Please God, no polished center links!!!

Here in US, 20% + no tax is very possible.

I think the new blue goes much better with white gold than yellow and that the old TT Blue Sub (known in these parts as "Bluesy'') looks much nicer than the new one - it has a deeper, richer blue that is a better match for the yellow gold.

Having said that, I like the updated bracelet and clasp on the new version, though overall, I prefer the TT black.

Yes, I also like the blue dial and bezel... but it is even better on the all white gold version! I was really impressed when I tried it out some time ago. Did not really believe I would like it, but I do.

Best,

A
