My experience with Swiss Wrist, tt sub pics

A few weeks prior to purchasing my 1st Rolex, I began surfing this forum and I became addicted. I priced around a bit and found what looked to be a pretty good price from Swiss Wrist on a TT blk sub, which was described as a no holes case display model from 2005 /2006 that had not been sold or worn before. Although the opinions on Swiss Wrist from this forum were mixed, I took a shot. I found Dennis in sales to be very helpful and I was told that the watch came with a two year warranty and that I could return the watch within 3 days if I was not 100% satisfied. When it arrived it looked good but I noticed a few scuffs on the crown and bezel. My jeweler told me that it was an authentic rolex but that it showed some light ware. When I told Dennis that I was not satisfied, he told me to return the watch at his cost and that he would replace it with another that had not been previously worn or sold. I also mentioned that the watch was too tight and he offered to add a link at no cost to me.

A replacement was promptly sent within two days following my return-- I feel that it is absolutely perfect (have not taken it off my wrist in three weeks, except tonight to post these pics)

Congrats.

Glad it worked out. Sounds like you got a good deal.

My first nice watch - an Omega Seamaster Midsize - was purchased from a gray dealer site. The watch was OK. Ended up selling the watch as the midsize was too small...

Price was a bit high and found out the watch was new old stock 6 years old.

Never again. TRF all the way.
