Another one sucked in!

Dear lord, my habits continue to get more expensive.

This all started a while ago looking for a classier watch. I was always under the misguided opinion that Rolexes (Rolii??) were fragile overpriced arm-jewelry.

Turns out I was wrong.

But the designs caught me. I started looking for inexpensive watches that mirrored Rolexes. Then started research in what a Rolex is "worth" and what it "cost."

Loving the vintage looks. Still in search of Rolex #1 (and hopefully my LAST Rolex. LOL) My preference is leaning towards an older TT Datejust.

So I say "Hey" to everyone. I'm learning so much already.

Welcome, stick around a while.

I noticed that my preferences of what I wanted changed quite a bit after being here. I thank TRF for 'saving' me because the Rolex I was going to buy before joining, is now a watch I'm glad I didn't.

TRF helps you solidify your thought process - and it's a lot of fun as well!

Welcome to TRF!

If you stay here long enough, I seriously doubt you'll have only one.

THat's my point. I started with one gun. One Busse knife. One car. . . oh wait - still only have one of those. LOL

I will agree that my decisions changed as I learned more. Even style of the dial/face and colors. I'm still a big two-tone jubilee fan. Wow. A fluted gold bezel and TT jubilee is the bomb.

Thanks for the warm welcome.
