1st picture looks stolen/stock..... 2nd one I can't tell for sure.

The pic is probably real but it's a fake. Look at the spacing between the markers at 9:00 and 3:00, way too close to the sub-dials. And the "Rolex" at the top of the dial is too far away from the crown also. No doubt a "replica".
