First time Rolex owner

Hi everybody:

This is my first post on this board and am glad I found it.

I'm the proud owner (via a wonderful gift from my wife of 33 years) of a 41mm Rolex Datejust...the 2009 model that is 18K/SS, with a platinum-colored dial and black Roman numerals with thin, green outlines. Oyster bracelet is 18K and SS.

I can't say enough about this great watch. It is not only stunning and very distinctive--it's flawless (at least so far) as a timepiece. I've always enjoyed watches as my only real "jewelry" (save for my wedding band) and have always wanted a Rolex. I don't know if I would have bought one myself--but my lovely wife saw to that!

Anyway, glad to be hear and eager to read all the posts!

Describe the "heft"

The big drawback for me in the older DJ line has been the lightweight feel on the wrist-

Does this feel heavy?
