reputible service center in central Florida

Hi all,

I wish I had found these forums before I had problems with my Sub. Seems that she is not winding any more and needs servicing.

Could anyone recommend a AD in central Florida, I could trust working on my baby? I'm somewhat North of Orlando.

Any recommendations would greatly be appropriated.

Thanks in advance.

You can google Qualitytyme.com , They are in Florida and although not an AD, they have a decent reputation..

Our very own Rikki, is a watchmaker. He is located in the Tampa area I believe, and you can ship him the watch.
Have heard good things about him.

Oh, do you have more info on the service center in Ormond Beach FL? My father had his watch service by someone in the 70's many times in Ormond/Daytona who was from what I heard the regional watchmaker and serviced the Rolex's in this area. I have been looking for info on this and did not come up with anything.
thanks

Scott Heisler at Orlando Watch Company is an awesome watchmaker. He can take care of your watch no problem. Back when he used to set-up at the IWJG shows and do "at the show" repairs and such, he did a lot of work for me and others. Sometimes on small jobs he wouldn't even charge me. I would end up buying his dinner.

The guy in Ormond is very expensive. He charges Rolex service prices. Scott can do the same job for much less. Just my opinion.

First recommendation is a spell check. REPUTABLE...., not "Reputible".
