Change of date question

Hi guys, exactly at what time should a Rolex with date advance the date? Smack bang at 0.00 or does it vary a bit?

I have read/heard people reporting of seeing the date change a few minutes before and after midnight. So dont worry.

OK, good! Mine changes at 1 minute 15 seconds prior to 0.00! Thanks for the answers guys! And no, it doesn't matter to me. I'm just awestruck by the faster than my eye can see date change!

This, too, can be regulated. Isn't there a standard for this, like minus 2 plus 5 mins or something?

10 minutes before or after is pretty common I believe - obviously if it's a few hours off that's more of a concern :)
