Good point. Do they have Sam's Club down under? You can get a box of 16 sausage mcmuffin type sandwiches for something like $ 8.50 I buy them for a quick office breakfast - they have something like 240 calories so I don't ruin my studly figure. 1 minute on each side in the microwave.
