We had that one yesterday .. ending a 116520 at 4000 USD ... If that isn't a scam what is . He could walk over to the nearest pawnshop and get 6000 and more cash for it on the spot .

Another scammer local to me... in Jamaica Queens. Last time I parked my car there about 10 years ago it left with some parts missing.
