5513 to watch out for ... seller is tricky
Ok , bad pictures . And personally I cannot see anything wrong with it .
It is however the same seller that seems to come up with high end vintage stuff and the same one that nearly got away with a fake DRSD . He had well over 15000 USD bid on it till we finally pulled it a couple of weeks back . Do not want to initiate a witch hunt ... but better safe then sorry ? http://cgi.ebay.fr/Belle-rolex-authe...#ht_500wt_1182 |

To me the font on the bezel looks too thick
May need some input from the collective lexane002 ( 263 )

It would be indeed a good idea that our vintage experts have a look at this thing , just for peace of mind .

Its hard to say with those pictures of the dial and I do not read French so cannot see what the seller is claiming, but the watch does appear to have a folded links bracelet, which would not be correct for an 8M serial number 5513.

I haven't compared it to any other 5513 pics but at a glance the rehaut looks too steep and thick and the crystal/rehaut convergence does not look right.
