Stainless Steel Rolex/Tudor Submariner made from Parts
The band carries the TM and is said to be fake, the case is claimed to be real but to me looks fake......opinions......?
seller playatune ( 336) Rolex Tudor Submariner watch made from parts. This has been assembled at some time from Genuine Rolex Tudor parts and non original parts. The watch case, the movement and the case back are Genuine Rolex Tudor parts. The case carries model number (7928) and serial number between the lugs, the movement and case back are clearly marked, see photographs. The glass and dial are replacements. The bracelet is a good quality oyster style with screw in links, and is a replacement part. The winder is a bit "notchy" for want of a better word, the auto wind however works fine. I have worn this for a number of years and it keeps good time. So that there is no confusion let me repeat. I am selling this as a collection of Rolex Tudor parts and other watch parts. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Stainless-Stee...item3cabb97c9c |

What also grabbed my attention is the comment - "The glass and dial are replacements." Now is that refinished replacement on the dial or just fake

was just about to post that. What I cant understand is, if the movement, case and case back are genuine, why not sell it as genuine with an after market / refinished dial? It just doesn't smell right.

Even sell it as parts without the after market possible fake extras Agreed this smells, I may ask for some more photos on this one Wouldn't mind getting a real good look at that dial.

I had a chuckle at this last night. At least he's honest but Ebay isn't the right place for it.
