just sitting the black on top of the green would give you some idea. the maxi dial looks good with the black bezel

Definitely go for the maxi-dial. Paul's combination would be a killer for me (LV with Black bezel)!!!

The credit card is currently on 0% interest, so when I get the cash for the Daytona everything is fine :) |

Excellent choice on your LV purchase.
I think the potential appreciation (if any!) of a modern SS Daytona and a LV Sub Date is very likely the same percentage of the current prices. |

I have come in for some criticism, or should I say raised a few eyebrows at not wanting to make money on my Daytona, but I didn't.
I have sold it for apx what I paid for it. and it is LNIB. I needed a quick sale and I get married in 5 weeks. The right buyer came along quickly and took it. He has got a bargain, but I am also glad that the watch is going to someone who will truly appreciate it, rather than someone who is buying it to make a quick buck. Just my feelings... |

It's sold im afraid subject to funds. I have had a lot of interest in it and still keep getting PMs despite me putting SOLD on the thread.
£6350 for a LNIB 4 month old V-Serial SS Daytona White Face. Mint, as new. New clasp. I thought it might have taken a little while to sell but the interest has been incredible. Guess if something is the right product for the right price... |
