Need advice on shipping car to TX
Hi,
I will be moving from the midwest to TX in June and was wondering if anyone can recommend an auto transport company... I feel uneasy shipping my beloved 335i therefore any input would be greatly appreciated! |

Might try Rick Heffner at Big Mike's Transport. I use him all the time to haul Corvettes. He's a great guy and super carefull. Single place enclosed hauler with door to door service.
419-796-7611 Tell him Tom from BUDS Chevrolet sent ya. I also use Fed Ex Passport Transport. You can find them online with a simple search. |

Intercity Lines, Reliable Carriers. Make sure it's true door to door service and the car is only loaded on and off the truck once.
Stay away from DAS auto shippers- they aren't truly direct, car is on and off the truck several times during the process. |

Who ever you end up going with, they should offer several options on how you want the car transported/delivered. By that I mean lower rack, upper rack, enclosed trailer, (recommended), etc. Most will even deliver right to your door. Of course the price will go up accordingly. And check the available insurance caps and premiums. Best of luck with the move, Joseph.
