Bracelet design question
Hi to all!
I want to know, if you guys think that the single folding clasp that is found on Rolex watches is more "steady" than the double folding clasp found in other watches like Audemars Piguet, Cartier and even Rado. Any comments? Thanks. |

I have only the Oysterlock Explorer & now a single Oysterquartz. But I have to say that my Grand Seiko & Aqua Terras feel more secure w/ the push button clasp.
The Oysterquartz actually came undone the other day while I was fittling around in a bag or something (the pull tab got caught). It was a surprise. I did have a 2008 Oyster Perpetual. It felt more secure w/ the dual movement clasp design. The Explorer's super secure, of course. I imagine your wrist would come off before it would. |

I mean specifically when the watch move too low or too high on the wrist, and you drag it to put back in place. Can you be noticed that one part of the clasp is misaligned in relation to the bracelet?

I had an IWC with the double folding clasp, and I didn't like it. It didn't feel as secure IMHO.
