Examples of letters to RSC

Does anyone care to share what their letter to accompany their watch to the RSC said.

I know my wife's watch could use a new crystal and the hands are showing a little pitting. It can use a complete polish and refinish.

Thx,

Mike

I usually take high res images, give them overlays and annotations in Photoshop where I visualise in detail what I would like done...

Well all you got to do is ask for a complete service they will ring you if any parts are need and the cost. Then its up to you if you want to go ahead if its a acrylic crystal they are replaced as part of service same for crown tube.Ring service centre what you want, they will send you all the details plus the package to return to the RSC its that simple.
