Hi all,

I tried to by a new 116610 this week and was told watch not available until October 2010.
Is this true?

Late August September I am told - but hey who knows this is Rolex!!!

August/September is the usual time new models arrive, but everyone is hoping they'll bring the release forward - the Sub is the number 1 seller in the range, it makes sense for Rolex not to hang around with it

i asked an AD last week, they told me september/october. (mappin & webb, glasgow)

And no...the new sub ss is not due until later in the year

I officially ordered one this week through my local AD. The USA Rolex rep told my AD that my AD should expect to receive 1 or 2 new Subs around late fall to early winter this year. The USA Rolex rep is instructing local ADs to compile an internal waiting list for the new Sub.

My local AD services a market of just under 1 million.... in a city that is very Rolex friendly. Lots of old money in T-Town.
