Either you get help from a sympathetic AD, or you buy one at crazy prices online. The first option is probably out of the question in the US, Rolex runs a tighter ship there. I've seen quite a lot of these dials from Germany lately, so that is probably a good place to start. r-l-x.de or ebay.de. The german word for dial is zifferblatt.
