GMT pepsi question what else...
I was told my GMT Bezel insert might be a fake at an AD because the red/blue should be between the 1 and 8 and fake bezel go into the 18?
Mine is a D serial number.... |

Well...It is possible that your insert is not correct for the series, but there was a ton of variation in bezel inserts.
This photo is Mike the Moderator's image showing that Rolex was not consistent in terms of the placement you describe: Here is my D Series with a modern Pepsi Insert: |

The non-serif font insert...like the top one...were on the newer models 16710's I believe...so F and above??? Not 100% on that. But I know the older models had the fatter serif fonts.
