this place calls "counterfiet" -"aftermarket"..

I am not sure when the meanings changed..but as far as I know when something is aftermarket it cannot have any copywrite infringements..i.e.
an aftermarket band cannot have a Rolex coronet..look at their pictures.
they do clearly state what parts are "aftermarket".but then in the photos you can see the coronet clear as day on the band..
you would think they would at least try and hide their criminal actions..

High feed back . This will have to be treaded directly by LC , otherwise they will not "appreciate" the report.

# After market dial
# After market Case and Bezel
# Aftermarket Band
# Originial Movement

So, do they expect someone to pay 5 grand for a movement?

You are correct. After market would be a compatible part which does not violate patent (i.e. the design may be patented) and without markings which violate registered trademarks.

No Rolex coronet (they can put a different crown if they want), no words Rolex unless used in connection with the words compatible (i.e. Rolex Compatible).
