The new numbering system is random but does still contain letters.....Just no longer at the start of the numbering!!

The new serial number sequence contains at least 1 letter and the rest is numbers totaling 7 or 8 digits. The letters have been seen scattered among the numbers and I have even seen an example where a single letter, D in this case was at the end of 6 or 7 numbers. I have a brand new 16610 that begins with the letter "G" and is followed by all numbers. There appears to be no rhyme or reason to the order anymore.
