UK TRF Sellers?

Ok, I will hopefully shortly be in the market for a Sub to keep the Speedy Pro company. I'm drawn to the a no date version as I love the simplicity and clean lines of the design (and it is the 'original'). The problem is after reviewing the sales forum, it appears that most of sellers are US based. Whilst I love the prices I really dont fancy getting hammered by our taxes/duty, bringing it into the Uk. So, are their any UK sellers out there?

I'd like to know this too......however it's always possible to buy a cheap flight and go and collect a watch face to face...risk it for a biscuit on the way back "wearing" through customs....have the box and papers posted on.....

hi rob, yeah the prices are very nice in the us. but like you said its very expensive importing them into the uk. there are some uk sellers on here but you need to just check the for sale section daily. where in essex are you? i'm living in romford at the minute.

colnago. i would just stick the box an that in my case. you would be extremely unlucky to be picked out for a random search. or like you said go to the us for a face to face deal. but really that only makes sense if it is a expensive watch. mmm... there must be a way round this

Hi Craig, Sunny southend but I work in London so have access to AD's but find them quite depressing places to go to when you see the prices that can be had private and the general lack of product knowledge (across all brands!). I do travel to the States a bit so may go down that avenue though I never seem to get enough time when Stateside to look around. I find airports are not always the best places to secure a deal.

PS I must get an avator pic sorted.
