Pyramid Dial

I have a 16233 Datejust with Pyramid Dial / Roman Numerals. It is a champaigne or gold color. I have only ever seen one other like it. I see many with the ivory and or white pyramid dials. Does anyone know what colors the pyaramid dials came in?

I believe they come in white, Ivory, and Black. I think the black Pyramid dials were some of the first or older ones, I don't see the black pyramid dial in the 2006 catalog. I don't have a 2007 catalog yet.

Lovely dial, does it affect the printing on the dials?

That looks very nice. Why wouldn't they want to make it anymore?

According to this link, they still do. Scroll down to Oyster Perpetual Datejust 36 mm and you will find it.

Thanks for all the great comments. I am very happy and pleased with this one. The printing is very pristine and easy to read. The pictue does not do it justice. I may be looking at another purchase soon. My brother has a GMT II to sell. I may have to shed my Seiko 5 SS casual for the GMT... we will see if the wife will go for it.

Found a photo of a white pyramid. Still looking for an old black pyramid, I know they are out there.
