It is not an AK or Explorer 1, because of the date cyclops. I would say that it is a Date or Datejust.

Well :

It's the 116200 with the "Flower" dial
Officially called the "Pink floral motif Arab"
They are also available in silver and bronze, after the introduction the Datejust 36mm became more feminin.


Nothing strange about it.

The 44 after 1162 means the bezel is made of white gold set with diamonds.

00 after 11620 means it has got a stainless domed bezel, correct for the watch pictured.

34 means it is solid white gold fluted.
