I know this is a long shot, but is there anyway Rolex can help with a Stolen piece?
About 5 years ago, an Air King that my father handed down to me was stolen while I was on vacation, and frankly, I never knew what to do.
Fast forward to today, as I was going through some old things, I found all the papers from the watch, the certificate with the serial punctured in the certificate etc.. Is there anyway to contact Rolex to see if it has come through their rehaul services? Honestly, I'm beyond trying to get someone in trouble for stealing my watch, I would pay whoever has that piece cash to have that watch back, regardless if he/she was the person who stole it, I just want that piece back. Thanks in advance for any help you can lend ahead of time.

Wouldn't hurt to give Rolex in NY a call.

I got a feeling they may not want to give out this kind of information. Papers don't necessarily prove ownership, and watches are often sold without papers. They wouldn't then necessarly want to release any customer information even if per chance it went through their facility.
Just a thought, however it is worth trying. Keep us posted.

Did you make a police report when it happened? That with the original papers could make a difference. If you did, you might also want to contact the detectives that handled the case as it may have been recovered and is in evidence somewhere.

Good point, further proof of ownership, hadn't thought of that.
