In about a month, Ill be semi retired again so I will be frequenting this site a LOT more Anyway, my new DeepSea is so SWEET. In all honesty, I thought this would be my final Rolex. WRONG!!!! I find myself thinking about: 1)The Blue and White Gold Stainless Steel Sub 2)SS GMTIIC I guess those two watches are in my cross hairs (I dont think my wife will give me the green-light, this time).. I am going MAD!!! Does anybody own that White Gold/Blue Sub? If you do, please post some pix!! Thanks, Al

Not sure you want to see pics if you can't have one... Might drive you a little more mad.

It's a beauty, no doubt. But having examined one worn by a friend who's had it for about 2 months, I'd think carefully before buying because gold being a softer metal than steel means the watch gets scratched easily - and it shows.
In my friend's case he's right-handed and wears it on his right wrist so it admittedly does get banged up around more than if he wore it on the left wrist. However, to me scratches on a gold watch costing US$20,000 hurts a lot more than on a S/S watch costing US$7,000. |

You can't go wrong with the WG Bluesy or the TT Bluesy if you wear blue jeans a lot. They are, to borrow from food and drink jargon, a perfect pairing.

An AD offered this watch to me when it was first released. Nice, but it reminded me of a SS blueTudor sub I had not worn in years.
