What is this dial on the datejust? I don't think i have sen it before

Guys, can someone tell me what dial this? It looks off white to me, not the usual white roman..maybe MOP? I dont think either...come on! Can someone identify?

It looks like MOP to me as well and pearl really does make a watch face(dial)special!!!

That's what thought..MOP, but the only thing stopping me is that i thought MOP is only available with diamond? Not baton or roman as seen here?

It may be a refinished dial in the photo. The other possibility is that it is genuine and Rolex simply stopped making that dial for whatever reason. Someone here may know.
