Was the 14060M ever produced without COSC (2 line dial), but with the R-R-R & serial number rehaut?

What Clay said. I think the COSC and Rolex Branded Rehaut were concurrent updates.

If you prefer the RRR but not the COSC text, you could buy a late Z, M, V, or Random serial with the RRR and possibly find a non-COSC replacement dial.
