FS: A rolex submariner 1680 5.86mil that has been modernized.

the restoration of the watch includes

1) a new dial from rolex (1 week ago)
2) a new bezel insert from rolex (1 week ago)
3) a new set of hand from rolex (1 week ago)
4) a new crown from rolex (1 week ago)
5) a new case tube from rolex (1 week ago)
6) a new crystal from rolex (1 week ago)
7) a new caseback gasket from rolex
8) a new set of rolex spring bars (picked up 11/9)
i wanted the watch back, to look!!! swing by
tuesday to get bars
9) watch was pressured tested today by a cw-21
watch maker that works at a A.D. also all the
parts where installed by him

the watch LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!!! a classic sub, with a matte
dial that glows........ and hands, bezel pearl to match. if you
ever thought of doing a new parts restoration, i'll quote my
buddy today what he said " where in the hell did you get the new
watch from??" i said " lookie here and come see what i did"
a plastic sub, with a new windshield, hood, trim,rim, seals

the watch is running, no i didn't get it serviced. the parts
bill ate all that up. if you need it be complete and request
service. a AWCI, CW-21 A.D. type would/will service the
watch for around 300.00 ( a good guess)

if you wish not to take the band with the watch. deduct 300.00
the band is a 12 link 93150 with a set of 580 ends

the watch comes as you see. the last picture shows how i bought
it........ what a change!

the numbers are sharp, and the engine is clean
