Thanks for the kind words George, and the clarification on the Offshore. I mistakenly thought that both watches used the DD module on the 2892...
Like you, I'm also not concerned about possible potential repairs on the module somewhere in the far future... I wouldn't bring my high tech turbo intercooled car to my local gas station for a rebuild, a local watchmaker (if such a thing still exists in this area) won't be fiddling in my Tudor any time soon...
