Not quite, The 14060M came out about 2000 ( I've heard 1999 also). The T<25 dials were never issued as orginal equiment, rather they were replacement dials used in a varity of references to include the 1675,5512,1665...etc.
I think Watchnut has a 1675 with a T<25 dial (luminova).
Some collectors feel they're a bit of a collector's piece in themselves.

I'm not sure there have been any changes to the "M' since it's introduction...of course that's about to change!
