which gmt would you choose
A gmt with a calibre 3186 or a fat lady. just curious what the crowd thinks? Happy thanksgiving all.

go for a 16750 with a matte dial. conveniences of the more modern movement, but retains the classic elements - lug holes, matte dial, old date fonts, big hour indicies, etc.
but the fat lady is really neat. if getting a 3186 means a gmt2c, then pass on it. if getting a 3186 means a 16710, then definitely do it, especially for a good price. but they are getting hard to find, and many who sell them are not aware that they have them in the first place. |
