This is a tough one. My Sub went sailing around the Beagle Channel in Tierra del Fuego, and my Ex II has been to Iceland, but it gets pretty cold in Pennsylvania too.

Farthest north: my 1603 Datejust on a raft on the Gulkana River in Alaska two years ago. Coldest: Right here in northern Utah four winters ago.
