I like the orange second hand, nice contrast, but not such a fan of the black-out case & bracelet.
Rolex stainless steel doesn't need to be covered up, it's one of the best stainlesses in the world Do you guys remember Jaffas, they were small round lollies with an orange flavour on the outside and chocolate on the inside. Orange and chocolate

I'm not crazy about the black case but I do like the contrast of the second hand. I would like to get a no date sub with red second hand, I think that would be cool

Ah I get it now, I know why I like the orange second hand on the DS-X. It's because it reminds me of the GV's orange lightning bolt second hand!

Of course I would like it.......But then I like mods. One thing that I noticed of interest is what they did to the engraved rehaut. Looks much better IMHO. Don't have to read that ringlock junk

Bill - obviously not a fan!
Me - it's OK but I wouldn't do it myself. Too much of a fan of the traditonal look. |

I would prefer red to orange for the second hand, but it sure does pop.
I agree that the blacked out ring looks good! Can't say much for the black case/bracelet, but that's personal preference. |

In defense of my bro I could see people blackening SS if they have too many SS Rolexes and want some variety to your collection. My bro falls into this category just like the daytona I saw on this forum that was blackened. I believe he had a hell of a Rolex collection which include 2 black dial daytona.

Great looking watch IMO! I love the blackout look on the Sub and the orange hand is a great color combo.

I like the black-out look!
I think my next watch will be one, but I think I'll opt for one that comes that way.
