Bezel Swap
I found a factory bnib pepsi bezel on the web and swapped out my all black for the pepsi look. Found the tutorial on TZ and it worked like a charm. No pics yet but I am most pleased with the look of my GMT II.

Boy oh boy, I'm gonna have to get a pepsi bezel and the black/red too. I should be able to swap easy enough.
Great pic Mike! dP

The gmt is suppose to have a pepsi. I am sure it looks at home on your watch.

Congrats on the pepsi. I tried the insert swap twice. First time, no problem. Second time, I scratched a lug. If Nick or anyone else comes up with an appropriate bezel remover I'd have no problem changing the inserts at will.
Here's some pics of mine. Enjoy the pepsi, dP

I checked with an AD today for a Pepsi bezel for the GMT I gave to my son. He's quoting me $110 US. Sound about right?

Yeah, that's about right. I've heard guys pay as low as $75 (some time ago) and as high as $125 recently Be sure they're letting you keep the one on the watch now and you're not trading it toward the new one

I just paid $100.00 USD at an AD for a Red and Black, they are ordering it and they agreed to let me keep my orginal Black one.

Thanks, I had read the $70 figure on here somewhere and thought I might be getting gouged. I'll be sure to ask about keeping the old one. I think after reading Nick's comments, I'll let the AD do all the changing.

I asked my AD if he would order me a black one for my LV. He said he cant because Rolex will want to have the serial number of the watch and if they see its an LV they wont supply him one. I asked if he could just use a SN from one of his subs and then he said they arent interchangable etc....So basically he wouldnt even order me one. If anyone knows how to get one, I wouldnt mind finding out, other then ebay. I dont want one that bad.
