DILEMMA! DEATH MATCH: 116713 vs 116613LN

It's come to that time, when decisions need to be made!

I really like both the two-tone GMT and the two-tone Submariner.

BUT.......only one watch can be bought. Sooooooo, let's let them fight!

Which one of the two watches would you get!?!.....and WHY!?!

There are some pro's and con's......The GMT has a busier bezel, The lugs on the Sub look a little disproportionate to me?....something slightly off...but it's exactly the same as the GMT's...no? Please let me have your honest thoughts and opinions on both watches....I would greatly appreciate it. I was considering the blue tt-sub, but it doesnt seem so timeless..IMO....or have as much versatility as the other two when being worn in for various different occasions.

And......within the same price range....would there be something from a different brand that you would consider purchasing?

Get a pair of dices. Keep throwing them. If double 6 came up, pick the sub.
If double 1 came, buy the GMT....Its easy!!!

Next year, buy the other one.

Good luck.

I really like the blue sub too, I just think that I might wake up one fine day and get sick of it.....it'd be like getting a tatoo...I THINK? Love the blue gold combo.....but would it work in a formal environment?

I have to say (no offense dalip) the TT GMTIIc is beautiful but I prefer it in SS, with the bezal looks too uneven, the TT Black Subc is the best TT(YG) on the market it's always been a Grail of mine since I was a young boy it was my desktop background (first the 16613 then the 116613) :)

I don't think you could possibly lose either way. I wouldn't get either in the TT as I prefer both in the SS version. Given that choice I would first go with the GMTIIC this year and the Sub next year.

I went for the TT GMT. I am in the ocean A LOT and this is waterproof to 100m which is much deeper than I will ever go. Besides the gold looks great with a tan! LOL.
