One option might be to identify the watches that get the least wrist time and swap them for something that might be worn more often. Some shops allow trade-ins, so perhaps swapping 2 watches (maybe older ones in need of servicing) for a new one? Provided of course the prices are fair. That way you'll keep the numbers down (assuming that is one of your goals) and your collection fresh.
