Explorer II (1655) Straight Second Hand Question

I must have been a good boy this year. I received an Explorer II (1655) with a straight second hand, black dial for Christmas.
This is my first Rolex.

The users manual was not included and I'm having difficulty setting the orange 24 hour hand. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find instructions to do so?

TIA
Jim

One thing to note: When I unscrew the crown there seems to be only 2 positions. In the first position I can wind the watch. In the second positon I can adjust the time, date and 24 hour hand all together. There doesn't seem to be a third postion that allows one to adjust just the orange 24 hour hand. Does anyone know if this model had that feature?

No it doesn't. The 1655 (straight seconds or dot seconds hand) was never designed to be a dual timezone watch. Rather it was designed for those that spend time in caves to determine if it's am or pm.

It shares the same 1575 movement as the 1675 GMT master. The master having a rotating bezel has the capability of two timezones.

The "de-coupling" of the 12 and 24 hr. hands didn't come to pass untill the advent of the 3xxx movements of the 16760 etc... that allowed the seperating of the 12 hr. hand from the 24 hr. hand.
