Small Cartier Automatic

I have long had my eye on a ladies' Cartier, either a Santos or a Tank Francaise. Is there such a thing as an automatic in the ladies' size of either of these watches? It looks as if all of the ladies' models are quartz?

I tried on both of these at an AD yesterday and the sales associate told me that these ladies models only came in quartz due to the small size and square shape of the watch. She said that there was not enough room in the case for automatic movement. If what she told me was correct, then that kind of bursts my bubble. :( I really like the looks of the ladies Tank Francaise (man, it looked GOOD on my wrist!) but I don't want a quartz watch - especially after the sales associate told me I'd have to send it to Cartier every time it needed a new battery, and that this would take 6-8 weeks.

Sorry but shes on target.
VERY few companies make automatics in the women size (even PP and AP mostly have quartz for their small womens watches.)
You can get quartz or manual.
As for having to send it to Cartier for a battery change, RUBBISH! Take it to any local watch store and they will do it for you.

The older ladies santos came in automatic. I have both the round and the square ladies santos. The back case states "automatique". Thanks
