I think every collection should have at least one GMT in it.

#2 reason I went for the 16710 (no PCL's)
#1 was of course the bi-coloured insert :)

Personally I wouldn't want to modify a watch in anyway so brushing out PCL's wasn't an option

The polished links and the unpolished links are basically identical. You really should just wear the watch and not obsess over every little mark.I feel

Just my 2 cents, worth what you paid.
I had a Yachtmaster and found the above to be absolutely true. It is a nice look. You may consider giving this a year or so, and if not a believer then get it brushed.

Ok, I will give it a try and hold off with brushing the PCL's and I will buy the LV sooner or later anyway.

I have had my GMT2c for two years now and have used Cape Cod Cloths on the PCL and
the watch still looks like new. This is the watch I wear all the time when I travel. The watch has
been to LA, Dallas, South Beach, Paris, Providence R.I., and Vegas more than a few times in the last two
years. When the watch shows to many scratches I take out the Cape Cod Cloth and polish up the watch and it looks like brand new!!!
