Yes, I have come upon a few watches that have had the green hologram sticker on the back or what was left of it. I bio-hazaard to say the least.

I purchased another watch from a gentlemen and he kept all the stickers on and wore for probably a year. Although, I removed immediately I must say it was one pristine looking watch.

Do as you please in a few weeks/months they will look shabby and annoying for you to want to pull them off anyway.
