For those of you interested in such things, I thought I would post that the rose gold watch has been identified as a Rolex Rebberg c1920.

Unfortunately it is such poor condition that we have decided not to have it restored ~ this advice came from a trusted contact who worked many years for Rolex in Australia.

The good news, though, is that the white gold & stainless steel art deco designed Rolex will def be serviced & sympathetically restored ... beginning in approx a week

This will include a new band - very probably a cocktail band.

Boy, it's been a steep learning curve for me since I first joined TRF!!!!
