My DB OPS T100 arrived today. All I can say is WOW! What a great watch! The build quality is first class and the tritium tubes light up like crazy. I know I'm really going to enjoy wearing this watch! Cheers, Bill P.

Salem 65, The Deep Blue models T25 and T100 have automatic movements and tritium tubes give the glow. The T100 glows more brightly than the T25, but both are great. I have one of each model. Cheers, Bill P.

I just googled what tritium tubes are. I have never heard of it. Certainly makes for a stunning detail on dive watch. Are they replaceable, if they ever lose their glow?

Ball and Luminox also have been using Tritium on watches for sometime.
Doxa just released one model with Tritium, Tritium will burn at its full brightness for 12.5 years and then will die over the next 12.5 years. The tubes can be replaced.

Tritium tubes could be in a pitch black room glowing strong for YEARS! No charge needed etc.

I have a couple watches with T tubes which I use for camping, hunting (always have one in the suitcase when traveling) as you can instantly tell the time when waking in middle of the night in a pitch black room and I can't say the same for my Rolex watches. Don't even have to fumble for a button to activate the light like on a digital.

I mainly wear my Ball Nighttrain for those occasions as its a 3 color dial, a bit sporty and only a 42 mm case. Id REALLY like to find a nice 40 mm quality auto with T tubes, no date (gmt hand would be nice but not needed) and a screw down crown so I can wear it when showering etc as I dont like to take off my watch when camping or hunting.

Jeremy is right, the tubes glow brightly for years. I have had a Luminox with tritium tubes for several years and like it. However, this new T100 is the brightest I have seen yet. The T100 is a bit large with a 44.5 mm case and a bit heavy with the SS bracelet, but it wears well. I have been wearing my T25which has the same size case as the T100 on a leather strap and it is very light compared to the weight with the bracelet. For the money, these Deep Blue watches are hard to beat.

They look very nice!
I love the multi color lume.
That is what first drew me to the Ball Nighttrain, its original dial
was a 3 color lume (for some reason they have since changed it to 2)

They are just too big for my wrist at 44 + mm.
Truly a shame as I would love to get one or the Doxa 800 Ti for hunting/camping.

I ended up going through the Ball site and as I am getting ready to have my AD friend
order a couple things for clients I think I am going to get the black dial Trainmaster 60 seconds and give it a try for hunting and camping on a NATO or perhaps leather. It's 38.5 mm which would be a great size for me as a beater I think.

I never heard of Deep Blue before, and now I`m becoming a fan!
That lume is simply awesome, especially blue tritium!
