I just LOVE ceramic watches... Except....

I LOVE the look of ceramic watches, the AMVOX3 GMT, the IWC Top Gun... They're stunning. The one issue I have with them is that the perfect one (AMVOX) is at 80k and the Top Gun is just WAY too big! If only the top gun was 39mm and a lot thinner it would be perfect! Can anybody recommend any other high quality ceramic body watches?

Nobody has any suggestions? I looked into Bell&Ross, but dislike the square design. I really feel like there's a huge lack of ceramic body watches out there now!

To the guy who suggested the Chanel, I just dislike the aesthetics of all the Chanels. That and that the J12 is a dive watch rated at 50m WR.

The 292 is 45mm, but does not seem that large on your wrist. They call it a cushion case, as it sits very nicely on your wrist. The movement is a OP X movement which is COSC.

The 292 was first introduced as a J-series (which included a PIG on the dial). Mine which you see pictured is a K-series which does not have the PIG. I've recently seen some L series introduced.

This particular piece is quite difficult to come by at an AD, but there are plenty of reputable sellers that can attain one for you. I believe Greg (aka Mosco) had one listed here not too long ago.

I have very small wrists (6.5-7) and I might look into this model. How high does it sit? Diameter you can usually work with, height is a whole 'nother matter.

I've never had a panerai before.

I have never measured the height but I would say around 1.1 cm, which is relatively slim when you compare it to a Luminor or 1950s case.

Have you looked at RADO? The Ceramica is nice as well as Sintra. I have a Sintra all ceramic and I love it.

I have the Top Gun, and I think it rides very nicely. In fact, I have been very satisfied with it and wear it in my rotations with GMTIIc and Daytona. It is very comfortable indeed.

Remember there are two versions of ceramic Pilots, the Dopple(Top Gun which is 46mm Ref IW3779 and the Pilots watch which is 44mm Ref IW3786.

Steady on there !! Have you tried the Top Gun on ?? Are you referring to the 44 or 46 mm ?? I owned the 44mm one and it really has been an impulse buy as I hate big watches. One thing to consider is that the Top Gun carries almost 3 bezels !!! The optical effect of this makes the watch look a lot smaller than it is. You have the main case,the bezel and then another tiny bezel exactly where the glass begins.
