Help, Would these vintage Rolex catalogues be worth anything?

Hi, I live in England. I recently joined the site to get some help.
These Rolex catalogues belonged to my father, and looking around sites I think some may have a value, but not sure, can anyone help please. I am not looking to sell now, just get an idea if they are worth anything.

1968 White Rolex Catalogue, also photo of price list.

1966 Rolex Catalogue has prices printed against each watch.

1959 Rolex Catalogue (with sailor sleeves on cover) has a 2" rip at bottom of the spine, prices printed against each watch.

1971 Rolex Catalogue, also photo of price list

1968 Rolex Catalogue has been folded in half and has neat prices written on 3 different pages, also photo of price list.

You would be surprised at how much Rolex fans are willing to pay for any kind of Rolex memorabilia. I suspect these would be quite rare and would attract a great deal of interest, were you to auction them online. Your father must have been a great Rolex enthusiast. Thanks for sharing them, i wouldn't be surprised if people start PMing you for the mine of information within them!

I suggest trying to find similar items using ebay's "completed auctions" search function.

Hi Elaine, welcome aboard!

Memorabilia like that has value. As has been suggested, check eBay completed auctions for similar items to get a flavour of what collectors are currently willing to pay. Then list them with reasonable reserve prices and see where they go.

Best of luck.

My advice is to sell them on VRF...

Those guys are willing (and able) to pay top dollar!

Very nice items, but the value is not as high anymore as they use to be.

If the catalogs can be digitized (PDF Format?) without damaging them, and without costing too much money, I would recommend you consider doing that, and perhaps posting them online, here in the research section, for example, for collectors to be able access for research purposes....

Very nice grouping of catalogs.....thanks for sharing!
