Question from Atlanta
From a relationship I have with a "wholesale" jeweler here at Atlanta's merch mart, I bought a BN M serial GMT-IIc last week. The watch is completely new, all the plastic (still on the watch), tags and unaltered warranty card were included.
My question is about warranty. The dealer name on the warranty card is not who I bought the watch from. Can I visit an AD and expect the warranty to be valid? Thanks and look forward to any advice or info. -Jeff |

You have a grey market watch, is you name on the card, is it blank or does it have another name on it.

Thanks for the kind welcomes.
The only stamped name is the dealer name. My name isn't written on it (yet). The date of purchase is also not written in. |

Welcome to the TRF -- if you need warranty service; name & date the card and send the watch and card to RSC or take it to an AD to send it in for you. With your name and a date on the card, you will not need a receipt from the original AD named on the card. I would leave it blank to extend the term as long as reasonable.
