Does Rolex switch dials when serviced? I have a 16800 that has substantial patina, will they switch the dial?

cOULD BE A POSSIBILITY. yOU SHOULD TALK TO A REPRESENATIVE AND MAKE SURE YOU MAKE IT CLEAR THAT YOU WOULD NOT LIKE IT REPLACEd.

Not unless you want it changed..

They will almost always "recommend" that a Tritium dial be changed, but they never "require" it unless it has degraded to the point where it may break-up and get into the movement..

They aren't going to do anything that costs money unless they get your approval first.........
