Having no knowlrdge of Breitling watches I found this quite intriguing, and wondered if the Breitling owners would like to comment...

For no reserve auction, 1936-39 Breitling RAF (British Royal Air Force) 2458, PATT. 3169 = (Worlds 1st 2x Button Chronograph.) Also Breitling’s 1st and only MOD RAF Commission wristwatch. I am not a Breitling guy, but I would stay away from this one.

The engraving on the back side looks like it done by an amature, sloppy and way too fresh.

Thanks for moving my post. Perhaps the Breitling guys will chip in. I'm not thinking of buying it, just came accross it whilst surfing the net.
