Ordering dial
An AD told me that a white dial could be ordered for a Platy Day-Date II. Does anyone have a way to verify that because I was not confident that he was reading the catalog correctly.

It can be ordered, yes, but it will be a dial swap. Are you buying a new DD II or are you ordering for one you already own?

Thinkin' about it. If I spend that much there are several hurdles but the first is making sure I can have a dial I love because I do not love the blue or black one. Thanks

In which case, if Rolex USA policy is anything like Rolex UK, then they'll put any dial you want on it for free, unless you want to upgrade to diamonds. I would be extremely surprised if they didn't bend over backwards to make sure you get the dial you really want
